Qi Gong and Tai Chi Easy For Students

Qigong & Tai Chi Easy are highly recommend as a key part of any school wellness program.

Qigong is pronounced chee gung. Qigong exercises are very easy to do; they are separate stretching and bending exercises that can be adapted to any activity level and have been shown to significantly improve physical health. It includes deep breathing and inner focusing aspects that are not only powerful for physical health but have a profound impact on emotional health. Qigong has the same mind-body benefits of yoga and tai chi chuan but is much easier to learn and do.

Tai Chi Easy is a very simplified form of Tai Chi that can be learned in small segments to provide a meaningful meditative exercise program. It can be learned as a standing or walking form. Great for developing leg and core strength as well as improving balance and coordination. Tai chi is a form of qigong.
