Health & Wellness Enterprises LLC was founded in 2002 and provides programs dedicated to improving the health, wellness, and spiritual growth of individuals by impacting the body, mind and spirit.  Corporate, school, community and special populations (such seniors and people with disabilities) have benefited from our programs.  We combine the best of Eastern and Western Healthcare in offering integrative options for personal and employee wellness.

Mission Statement

Kathleen A. Levac RN MS
    With over 20 years experience in healthcare, Kathleen is a respected author and national speaker on health issues.  She has presented workshops at the local, state, and national level, and has led numerous initiatives to improve health in preventive medicine and over 30 diseases. She offers programs on a variety of health and wellness topics to individuals and groups.

Credentials:
  • Registered Nurse with masters degree specializing in implementing change.
  • Extensive continuing education in Integrative Health and Eastern health strategies.
  • Qigong and Tai Chi Made Easy Instructor  - Institute of Integral Qigong & Tai chi certification
  • Medical Qigong Therapist (a branch of Chinese Medicine) – International Institute of Medical Qigong
  • Former University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Corporate Wellness Program Instructor
  • Meditation, Mindfulness & Mind Training education –  White Conch Dharma Center.
  • Healing Touch Nursing Certification Program in Human Energy Systems (Level 4)
  • 20 years experience in Western Health care and over ???years experience in human energy systems including ongoing energy experience with stress reduction and relief of pain
  • Experience in martial arts (Kempo Karate & Jujitsu) including 2 years as an instructor
  • Led Metro Milwaukee Task Force in developing community-wide approved Preventive Health Guidelines  with yearly revisions 2000-2004, and asthma guidelines in 2002 & 2004
  • Led Steering Committee Co-Chair for Fight Asthma Milwaukee Asthma coalition of 100 organizations to improve outcomes for children with asthma. Led Robert Wood Johnson Grant funded committee in developing a nationally recognized Asthma Tool Kit for physician offices and patients.  Currently leading parent and neighborhood organizing efforts in inner city Milwaukee. 
  • Led clinical guideline development and CQI process improvement efforts in hospital inpatient and physical office programs for 36 different patient populations including facilitating the development of an ADA Recognized multiple site Diabetes Education Program, and Asthma Outcome Program across 4 hospitals and 17 clinics.
